What should we do if the school does not allow smartphones?

Plan B: Bring a tablet or iPad, display your recruitment form on that device, and pass it around the room

This allows students to enter their information straight into your database, get sent their first brochure instantly, and they can check it out after school.

How to grab a link to your form:

  • Login to Musicwindow and go to INTERACTIONS —> FORMS
  • Pick the form you would like students to fill out
  • At the bottom of the form editor, select COPY LINK. This will put the link to your form in your clipboard.
  • From there, you can paste that link into any internet browser

Plan C: No internet connection at all? Bring a stack of paper forms.

This is not the ideal option since you will have to hand type the students' answers into your Musicwindow. However, its still significantly more advantageous to your recruiting efforts than not doing anything. The goal is still to use your high school visit as an opportunity to collect more leads.
